SAL is one of the market leaders in Australia for LED lighting and has been delivering innovative technology to customers since 1998. The brand has been represented previously in New Zealand, and during that time established a small but loyal following.

Hamer is well known for distributing the best brands to the NZ electrical wholesale industry and is proud of 'Delivering Certainty' to its customers across New Zealand since 1938.

The combination of Hamer's distributor expertise and SAL's products and innovation are the perfect match, and we are excited to offer customers a new choice for their lighting partner. Hamer is also expanding both internal and external resources to support our SAL growth plans and vision, with the bold aim to become the first choice for LED lighting in New Zealand.

To celebrate the official launch of the new distribution partnership, Hamer & SAL are very excited to announce the appointment of Richie Barnett - Kiwi Rugby League legend - as our SAL Brand Ambassador. We're delighted to have Richie representing the SAL brand, and are looking forward to welcoming Richie at upcoming industry events.

Stock is currently on order for the most popular SAL Lighting products, and we expect first shipments to arrive in October. This will cover internal, external, domestic, commercial and industrial categories. We'll be supporting customers with stock in both Christchurch and Auckland warehouses.
