As parts of the country move back to Alert Level 2 in the fight against COVID-19, Hamer's Auckland branch will continue to operate at Alert Level 4 as advised by the New Zealand Government.
Our Christchurch branch moves to Level 2 and will be returning to relative normality, with a few precautions in place.
Ongoing, significant demand for parcel deliveries, as well as social distancing and hygiene requirements, may result in some extended delivery times.
It may take a little longer for delivery than our usual next business day delivery. We are working very hard with our delivery partners to mitigate these delays and provide normal service as best as possible. We will endeavour to supply your products as quickly as we can, so in the meantime please only contact the customer services team if your order has failed to arrive after more than two working days post the date of your order.
All courier deliveries will be 'no signature required' to ensure safe, contactless delivery.

COLLECTION RULES - CHRISTCHURCH
- Collects are back to normal with a few exceptions
- You must either scan using the NZ Covid Tracer app or sign in to our manual sheet on entry
- Masks are encouraged to be worn when entering our premises
- Customers will need to remain 2 meters apart from one another in our showroom and reception areas
Collections in Auckland remain unavailable during Level 4 restrictions.
