Q+: Do you supply goods to international customers?
A+ No, we only supply goods to the New Zealand market.
Q+: Can anyone buy products directly from Hamer?

No, we supply into various electrical wholesalers around New Zealand. To find your nearest wholesaler, click here.

Q+: Where are Hamer based?
A+ Our head office and distribution center is based in Christchurch, this is where the majority of our stock will be sent from. We also have an office in Auckland and sales staff in the Waikato and Wellington area.
Q+: I’m a wholesaler and I’ve just placed an order, what are your standard delivery times?
A+

Standard freight delivery is 2 days.

Q+: Can I use Dymo/Rhino and 3m tapes in my machine?
A+ Generally the Rhino and 3m branded tapes are identical and will work in all of the Rhino and 3m labelers. The actual Dymo branded tapes are not recommended to be used in non-Dymo labelers and vice versa.
