As parts of the country move back to Alert Level 3 in the fight against COVID-19, Hamer's Auckland branch will continue to operate at Alert Level 4 as advised by the New Zealand Government for at least 2 more weeks.
Our Christchurch branch moves to Level 3 and will be implementing appropriate practices including contactless pickup.
Many of our team continue to work from home. Staff in our Distribution Centres will continue working on-site to supply our customers with the products needed.
Ongoing, significant demand for parcel deliveries, as well as social distancing and hygiene requirements, may result in some extended delivery times.
It may take a little longer for delivery than our usual next business day delivery. We are working very hard with our delivery partners to mitigate these delays and provide normal service as best as possible. We will endeavour to supply your products as quickly as we can, so in the meantime please only contact the customer services team if your order has failed to arrive after more than two working days post the date of your order.
All courier deliveries will be 'no signature required' to ensure safe, contactless delivery.

COLLECTION RULES - CHRISTCHURCH
- Collects only from 9am to 3pm.
- Orders must be on account or pre-paid.
- Orders to be placed 1 hour before collection.
- On arrival, please call collects counter DDI below and state your name, company and mobile number for goods to be readied:

- Stay in your car, once goods are placed in the coned off area you will be text or called to come in and collect.
- Once collected and signed for, please return to your vehicle.
Collections in Auckland remain unavailable during Level 4 restrictions.
