Anco is a Hong Kong based manufacturer of high quality test instruments, auto accessories and power supplies, thermometers and hygrometers as well as tools which include precision grinding, soldering and clamping devices. Anco has a vast range of meters, which include pocket sized, dual reading (combinations of analog, digital and bar), clamp, insulation testing, light and automotive meters. The Hong Kong based company, Anco Electronic (HK) Ltd, was established in 1985 as a trading company. With its success in opening up products for suppliers in European markets, Anco has formed joint ventures in China producing meters, converters and other OEM projects. Anco’s meter factory is accredited to ISO 9001 standard and employs 470 staff and workers and has a monthly capacity of about 250,000 pieces. A second factory – also ISO accredited – has 50 staff and mainly produces converters and other OEM items. Overall Anco’s monthly capacity is about 20,000 pcs of converters. The main markets include Europe, Korea, Japan and Canada and most of the key components are sourced from Japan, Taiwan and Korea. Over the years, Anco has gained a reputation as a manufacturer of high quality products at competitive prices. |
